ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest applications for potential upcoming roles in our offices throughout Australia. For our Internal Sales roles, we would like to hear from Electricians looking for a change in career, or from experienced and high achieving Customer service and administration professionals.
Internal Sales/ Customer Service role is an important one in our business. In order to succeed in this position, you will have the ability to build strong relationships with our new and established customers. You will have a desire to succeed and will proactively identify new customers, think outside the box and contribute positively to our business growth. You will also ensure our customers understand what TriCab is about, offering product guidance with a clear solution to our customer needs. You will process orders, compile quotations, manage customer Projects and liaise with our manufacturing department. With your existing skills and expertise, you will be able to identify and improve our existing processes.
